Rental Terms

 • 24 hour rental for one phrase greeting, including age, 8 letter name, and graphics.
 • Delivery and installation typically the evening before the event and removal the morning after.
 • Additional charges for more than one phrase, names longer than 8 letters, installations lasting longer than 24 hours, and localities outside of a 15-mile radius of 38125.
 • Payment in full is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date.
 • Payment must clear within 72 hours of delivery.
 • Signs are the property of Glitzy Yard Greetings, LLC. 
 • Customers will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items. 
 • Glitzy Yard Greetings IS NOT responsible for customer misspellings.
 • Double check the message prior to submission.
 • Corrections will incur additional fees that must be paid prior to dispatching installers.
 • Water the lawn the day before for easier installation.
 • Arrange for lawn services to occur BEFORE yard greeting installation.
 • Photos near the display are encouraged; do not remove signage for any reason. Tag us on social media with #glitzyyardgreestings.
 
Booking Cancellations and Refund Terms
 
 • No refunds for any of the following reasons:
 - Cancellation notices of 24 hours or less;
- Client giving us the wrong address;
- Homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display;
- Access denied to a gated community;
- Animals preventing display installation; and/or
- Other circumstances preventing display installations beyond the control of Glitzy Yard Greetings, LLC and its representatives.
 • 50% refund of booking charges or full credit for a future booking date with 48-hour notice based on availability;
 • Full refund of booking charges with 72-hour notice;
 • Lawn displays will not be set-up in the event of inclement weather which includes but not limited to lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, and any other Act of God that would put installers or lawn display in harm’s way.

Safety and Property Damage Terms​

• DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard greeting set up. Signs will not support the weight of small children or adults leaning, sitting, or playing on them.
 • DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display to prevent damages to the display. 
 • DO NOT throw away or vandalize the signs.
 • DO NOT move or remove signs for any reason. If early removal is required, contact us via text or phone for prompt removal at 901-483-4360.
 • PROTECT inventory from any damage that might be caused by debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc.  Contact with string trimmers may cause damage as well.
 • DO NOT remove the “Glitzy Yard Greetings” marketing sign that is alongside your greeting.
 
Waiver of Liability
 
Glitzy Yard Greetings LLC and all its representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.
 
Photo Release
 
By booking with Glitzy Yard Greetings LLC, you are agreeing to allow photographs of your display to be used for any advertising medium, including but limited to digital and print platforms, unless otherwise requested in writing.
